1 . All clients will have to mandatorily abide by the rules and guidelines issued by the Central and State Government in relation to Covid-19 from time to time and provide us required documentation/declarations, etc before arrival. Also,clients will have to abide by all instructions in relation to the same as advised by us on site and for entire duration of the trip

2. Ex-Haridwar trip option is available for min 4 pax (with pick-up at 6.30 am from Haridwar railway station on Day 1 and late evening drop at Haridwar railway station on Day 6)

Important Advisory

  1. All clients will have to mandatorily abide by the rules and guidelines issued by the Central and State Government in relation to Covid-19 from time to time and provide us required documentation/declarations, etc before arrival. Also, clients will have to abide by all instructions in relation to the same as advised by us on site and for entire duration of the trip
  2. Weather in Badrinath and Satopanth region could be cold, with temperature ranging from max 15 degrees celsius to min –12 degrees celsius. We recommend that clients carry suitable heavy warm clothing, adequate protective gear for rain, snow, windchill and good shoes
  3. Clients are advised to consult their physician and take suitable preventive medication (if prescribed) as a precaution for high altitude sickness (Max altitude Satopanth Lake 4402 mtrs)
  4. Max 20 trekkers can stay at Satopanth Lake on any night. Accordingly, when your 1st group will stay at Satopanth lake, 2nd group will stay back at Chakratirth. After 2nd group stays at Satopanth all trekkers will return to Laxmivan together. (ie group 2 will have to return from Satopanth to Laxmivan same day)
  5. Trekking on any particular day may be aborted or cancelled in case of extreme/unfavourable weather conditions, keeping in mind safety of the clients. Himalayan Snow Runner trip leader’s decision on this will be final and binding on clients. No refund of costs or any compensation will be paid to clients in such case
  6. All clients will have to complete and sign Himalayan Snow Runner’s mandatory Client Information and Waiver Form before starting the trek
  7. We expect clients to respect local culture and traditions, particularly when visiting temples, Holy places or interacting with locals
  8. Himalayan Snow Runner promotes ecologically sensitive responsible tourism and we seek our clients’ support to help us leave minimum ecological footprint
  1. All land transfers in local private vehicles from your hotel in Badrinath to trekking point and back to your hotel in Badrinath
  2. 5 night accommodation in adventure tents on triple occupany basis
  3. Veg meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening tea-coffee with 2 snacks & Dinner) as per itinerary (from Lunch on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 6)
  4. Conservation fee and trekking permits as applicable for Indian nationals
  5. Fully escorted trek –Satopanth Lake-Swargarohini with experienced local trekking guides
  6. Attractive salaries, wages, equipment and other facilities to trekking guides and Uttarakhand trekking staff, support staff & porters
  7. All charges for weather suitable quality tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, kitchen tent, toilet tent, camping chairs, etc during Satopanth Lake-Swargarohini trek
  8. Charges for mules (where permissible) or porters for trekking common trekking equipment, material and client’s soft luggage (1 piece of soft luggage, max 10 kg, per client) (you may safe-keep your excess luggage in your hotel)
  9. Goods & Services Tax (GST) at currently applicable rate (5%)

  2. Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance (Trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurance on own)M
  3. Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
  4. Accommodation in Badrinath or elsewhere (other than adventure tents during trek days)
  5. Any accommodation, travel or transport (any change/upgrade thereof) outside of itinerary for any reason
  6. Hire charges for mules/porters/equipment if hired by trekkers for personal ride or extra personal luggage
  7. Meals other than B,L,S,D as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks
  8. Any bills/expense of personal nature or any gifts, tips or donations, sightseeing, helicopter ride, etc
  9. .Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion
